Yaz and Yasmin are popular oral contraceptives marketed by Bayer. They are FDA-approved to prevent pregnancy, treat premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) and treat moderate acne in women. Yaz and Yasmin have been linked to many serious health risks, including:
